Payroll Giving (PG) isn’t new. It’s a wonderful way to give. But it's in trouble. PG donors have declined 15% since '15 and the number of employers using PG has declined 18% since '17. Only 2% of employees give this way. Giving is down generally - only 58% of people gave last year vs 69% in '16. (CAF)

We want to tackle that. Many employees feel strongly about specific causes, but don’t have time to research individual charities.

P4G's innovative Cause Portfolios allow your employees to confidently and easily donate 1% of their salary each month to causes they care about.

P4G has partnered with some of the largest payroll giving providers in the UK to ensure our partners get a best-in-class platform together with high level staff engagement work to motivate and empower staff on their giving journey. We can also work with companies to offer exciting volunteering opportunities for their employees
